My mom and I have been spending the evenings sitting on the couch watching TV. My mom cross-stitches and I'm usually on the computer. My mom is such a crafty gal. Cross-stitching and sewing...she makes beautiful things w/ her hands. Owen asked her who she was making this for and she said, "Hmm..I'm not sure. Maybe you." And Owen says, "Nah...too girly."

Such a neat hobby! I don't think it's nearly as popular in our generation as it was in my mother's gereration. My mom, aunts, and grandma laugh at me because I can't even sew a simple hem. Poor me! But is it my mother's fault for not teaching me?? Gotta blame someone, right?!
P.S.- what did you do with your time before you became a blogger/ facebooker??
