Cheese.....

024, originally uploaded by megan bauer.

This is the face Henry makes these days when I pull out the camera.

My little guy is sick, yet again. Friday of last week was the last day (after 6 consecutive days) of nebbing Henry 2-3 times a week and he had an ear infection last Monday, remember? He had a great weekend...his runny nose was clear and he wasn't wheezing. Monday, his nose started running again. Tuesday evening he spiked a high temp and today, he's still running a temp. This is really worrying me, because now that he's hit one year old, he's hit seizure age. Febrile seizures don't begin until, at the earliest, one year old. They usually occur for the first time between 18-24 months. The earlier your child has his/her first seizure, the more likely he will have more. Emmett had his first at 15 months. If you have a sibling w/ febrile seizures, you are more likely to have them. They are also more common in boys. So, now we wait. I'm hoping, knock on wood, Emmett has FINALLY outgrown his. I don't want to do it again.
