What's your fave work out, moving, running song?
I'm back at the gym this week. Trying really hard to lose 20 more pounds, and my playlist is getting BORING. I'm tired of listening to the same songs. I need new high energy songs to help my resist the urge to stop running. Please share your favorite "get up and go" song w/ me, so I can add it to my playlist.

Extaordinary by Liz Phair. One of my favs!
oh so hard. back in the day when i could run, i used a lot of techno/dance music. a lot of those were copied to a disc, which of course itunes can't ready anymore. some i do remember:
- i love new york by madonnna
- any queer as folk cd
- trance nation is a good cd
- anything deborah cox
- fatboy slim
- fired up is another good disc
- dj tiesto

I SWEAR by podcasts. When I'm running for hours on end, they help me lose focus on the time and the monotony and escape to whatever they're talking about. And you can find a podcast about ANYTHING!!!
I'm really liking Bathwater by No Doubt these days, gets me going. Oh and there's Chris Isaak's Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing. Gnarls Barkley's Crazy. Beyonce's Single Ladies. Cheater Cheater by Joey and Rory. Jump In the Line by Harry Belafonte. Oh and Otto Titsling by Bette Midler. And um most of the songs from Metallica's Black Album.
I have ecletic tastes when it comes to music.
Okay I was just listening to my blog play list and I have to add "I want you to want me" by Chris Isaak....totally keeps the pace up the whole song!!! I'm chair dancing at my desk right now! :D

gettin' jiggy. love it. haven't thought of that in a while. also, add "its my life" by no doubt. i've heard the black eyed peas new one is great, but i haven't listened to it myself.
