Caution Illinois family and friends

I just read an article that says that parts of Madison County, IL and Los Angeles, CA have the highest cancer rates in the nation (and the unhealthiest air in the country).

isn't east st. in madison co? if so, that would explain it. or, wait - o'fallon, granite city... so many choices. ;) doubtful e'ville is one of them.
