is absolutely true. Unfortunately, I figured that out today. We spent a great deal of time outside today, and Owen, the fairest of my three boys, suffered. Henry didn't get sunscreen either - but he wasn't outside for as long as Owen and was fine. Emmett - my dark eyed, olive skinned boy, was only slightly red. But, Owen, was extrememly red (though the sun never actually came out today). I'm feeling SO guilty!!!

I feel his pain! How many times has that happened to ME? It's just not fair having fair skin! You're still an amazing mother, of course!
