We spent Memorial Day weekend in Philadelphia (again) for a soccer tournament. The boys did really well, and won their division. But, then they had a super disappointing loss in the semi finals :(. Owen had a super weekend, and scored LOTS of goals. The 3rd game they played they won 3-2, and Owen scored 2 of the goals including the game winner with 10 seconds left. After the game, the coach of the team came over to us and asked Owen's for his name. He said he wanted to remember it, because he was sure he would hear it again someday. He also said that their best player, a HUGE defensive player named Tristan (shown in this photo here next to Owen) is not afraid of anyone - and he was afraid of Owen. He said that Owen was the only player that ever made him nervous. Awesome! It was a wonderful, wonderful weekend. Win or lose we always have a great time hanging out with the players and their families.
