Warm water foot pool. We went to the spa Tuesday/Wednesday and it was really, really quiet there - hardly any people around. That helped. It was awesome!
I don't even know if I can truly grasp the concept of 'really, really quiet'- haven't 'heard' what that sounds like in so, so long! Poor me!
