Talking to Emmett
Seriously...the only thing Henry was happy about today was talking to Emmett. Emmett spent about an hour on the ground "playing" and "talking" to him, and Henry "talked" right back. I think they're going to be best buddies. What you can't see from this video is when I walked out of the room to download this video and came back in and Emmett was carrying Henry, trying to put him on the couch. He said Henry was tired of being on the floor and wanted to see something new. Oh, dear!

very cute, meg. i had forgotten about 4 month old babies laying on the floor only until i took ellie to a playdate with a little boy that age and she threw a toy at him. i though, oh no, i'm THAT parent with THAT kid. at least the mom was kind about it. so, don't let emmett throw anything at henry, ok? ;)
Hen definitely has something to say and it seems as if he thinks only Emm knows his language!
So cute, so cute! Andie has been enjoying trying to get smiles from Sawyer. Ellen Bee's story reminds me of a time we were in the waiting room for Wyatt's 18 month check up, and he crossed the room to peer in a carseat (a 2 week check up, I'm guessing) and before I could even jump up he SNEEZES into the baby's face. The mom was mortified! All I could offer was a meek apology with "We're here for a well check..." But I was THAT parent with THAT kid at that moment, too. :)
